  As with other reviews posted, I have had a terrible experience. I placed an order in June, and was promised July delivery for a specific race. Half of the order arrived. It was late, and was not what I had ordered. The logo was printed, not embroidered, the printing was not the exact image I provided, and it was on different shirts than I had requested. The second half of the order has yet to arrive. I have been unable to get in contact with customer service of any type (Bob, Erika or anyone) to resolve this despite multiple calls and emails.

  I placed a large team order consisting of foul weather gear and technical tops. Bob and his team at Line Honors worked with us to make sure that the boat name and team logos were exactly as desired. Shipping was fast and all the different sizing correct The team is really excited to show off their new gear! Thank You Bob and the Line Honors Crew
