The sales person is exceptionally good at knowing everything there is to know about finding a mattress for anyone's mattress needs. Ask for David Amman I gurantee you will not be disappointed.   I was 100% happy at the beginning of our new matteres. However I called last week and asked for the foam to figure out again how hard or soft we need to redo our mattress and when I called they never told me I would have to pay since I tried it once. So poor communication so now to find a new company.maybe if they would of said he it will cost a fee I would be ok and I understanding but I am not
